Talkstory Living came about through my love for art, creating and my love of mosaics. 'Talkstory' is a Hawaiian term meaning: talking with friends - passing the time with chit chat.  I like the idea of exchanging and passing down stories or knowledge.  I think it can make a person reflect and connect or bring inspiration into one's life.  Art can do the same and I hope my pieces will become 'elements for a happy home'.

I have been working with mosaics for many years as my art form and have just recently incorporated multi-media collage into my pieces.  They can be a great way to add color and beauty to a room.  I love using mosaics as my medium because it adapts itself so well to many different forms.  My pieces range from wall art to functional art like - mirrors, table tops, counters, showers, floors and more.
